I'm from Onagawa Town, Miyagi Prefecture.
I grew up eating lots of fish and Napolitan pasta from a young age.
I thought the food in Kyushu looked delicious, so I went to college in Fukuoka. Over the course of four years, I got to eat plenty of delicious tonkotsu ramen.
Kyushu was a wonderful place, but I ultimately decided I wanted to work for my home region of Tohoku, so I returned to Miyagi.
I’ll do my best to share the charms of Tohoku with as many people as possible through the Michinoku Coastal Trail.
