Auditor

Chie Iwata

Originally from Aichi Prefecture. Moved to southern Miyagi Prefecture in 2020.
I took up mountain climbing in my late 30s, and it became my lifestyle. To travel freely, I quit my corporate job and spent a year traveling from Rebun Island to Yakushima. I also hiked the Milford Track and the Routeburn Track in New Zealand.
Since then, I’ve become a “traveling career consultant.”

Experiencing the hospitality of local residents, getting a glimpse into their daily lives, and hearing about their feelings toward the community. While it’s fun to explore on your own, it’s also enjoyable to walk with a local guide and learn new things along the way.
I learned that relying on local people contributes to a sustainable society.

By the way, “career” in Japanese comes from the word “wadachi,” which means “wheel tracks” and refers to the path one has walked.

Currently, as the representative of EN and, I provide career support consulting, conduct career counseling commissioned by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, serve as an instructor for career consultant training courses, and am a certified forest bathing facilitator with the General Incorporated Association “Forest and Future.”
