I was asked to provide financial and tax advice during the organization’s founding, and—feeling a deep connection because my late father was from Higashimatsushima City, Miyagi Prefecture—I accepted the position of auditor. Since 2022, as a director, I have continued to serve as an assistant and advisor, supporting the organization’s operations with a focus on accounting and tax matters.Since 2023, I have also been active as a Certified NPO Accountant for the NPO Accounting and Tax Research Association, a Specified Nonprofit Corporation.
