You cannot use a drone without getting permission in advance from the property owner and/or facility involved, and you will need to make sure the drone doesn’t interfere with the safety of other hikers or have an impact on wildlife. Please start by asking the relevant ranger’s office or city hall/town hall for the place you want to use a drone.
