You can walk along well-maintained, easy-to-navigate nature trails and enjoy the scenic views that are a hallmark of Northern Sanriku. While the route includes some ups and downs and requires a moderate level of fitness, you’ll be able to enjoy a variety of trails, including views of the ocean from the forest and beachside hikes.

① This is a challenging route with many ups and downs, so please make sure you’re in good physical condition before setting out.

② Please be careful, as the bridge over the stream south of Kurosaki-so is heavily corroded.
